He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania, one of the nation’s top dental schools.After graduation, Dr. Ehlers focused on his continuing education in pediatric dentistry, developing specialized skills to care for children, including those with special healthcare needs, and infants with tongue-ties. With a background in both private practice and community clinics, Dr. Ehlers has over a decade of hands-on experience helping children build healthy, confident smiles. Dr. Ehlers is known for his calm demeanor, thoughtful treatment, and ability to make dental visits fun and educational. He offers gentle care tailored to each child's developmental stage, ensuring that young patients—and their parents—feel informed, confident, and comfortable. Outside the office, Dr. Ehlers enjoys spending time with his family, reading a good book, watching and playing baseball, and exploring homeschool science with his kids. He’s fluent in Spanish and has worked extensively with diverse populations, believing that every child deserves high-quality, accessible care. Dr. Ehlers is a proud affiliate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) and member of the American Dental Association (ADA), continually staying current with the latest advancements in pediatric oral health.
