She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and her Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University.With experience in both private practice and community health clinics, Dr. Neo enjoys making dentistry a positive experience for kids—whether it’s restoring healthy smiles, easing dental fears, or teaching families the importance of oral health.
