Uday Kumar Bahunutula, DMD, MSD

Dr. Uday Kumar (Dr. Uday) Bahunutula is originally from Hyderabad, India. After completing undergrad, he moved to the United States to further his education in dentistry. He attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.

As a dentist, Dr. Uday’s goal is to help with enriching oral health and contribute to the overall wellness of the child. He was inspired to become a dentist after having an amazing family dentist growing up. Dr. Uday believes that education is a huge part of pediatric dentistry, and he strives to not only make each visit an educational one, but also wants to ensure each parent has all the dental knowledge they can to help create healthy smiles at home.

Dr. Uday met his wife in Medical School while studying in India. Together they have 2 children, a daughter and a son! When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with family, cooking and playing sports like cricket and tennis.

We are very excited to have Dr. Uday a part of our dental family. He is a member of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and looks forward to being an advocate for Children’s Oral Health and helping improve access to oral care!
